We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and dimensions of our gifts, toys, and stationery accurately. However, actual colors on personalized products may vary slightly due to monitor display variations and thermal sublimation transfer processes.

For all customized products (photo mugs, magic mirrors, LED lamps, wooden plaques, t-shirts), customers are responsible for providing high-resolution imagery and verifying spelling in custom text.

Once a digital proof is approved and thermal printing commences, customized orders cannot be altered, cancelled, or returned.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Official GST invoices are generated upon dispatch and made available in your customer account dashboard.

We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors before dispatch. In such rare instances, we will notify you and provide the choice of confirmation at the correct price or full cancellation with immediate refund.

Kashvi Collection reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to unforeseen stock unavailability, logistical delivery constraints beyond our 5 km local radius, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such events, any payment received will be refunded in full.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of transactions with Kashvi Collection shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Narmadapuram (Madhya Pradesh).
