Important Notice on Document Types, Photos & Colors
Standard Pricing Baseline: Our published standard prices are calculated strictly on white background documents with standard text printing. Small embedded elements such as company logos, passport-sized applicant photos, or small chart icons can be comfortably considered within the standard rate.
When Might Prices Change? In digital laser printing, full-bleed images, dense photo slides, dark black or colored background fills, or pages containing large photos or multiple photos consume 5x to 10x more optical toner and calibration. In such cases, the printing price may adjust depending on exact ink density and coverage.
We always try our utmost to provide the best and most affordable prices on all printing services in Narmadapuram (Hoshangabad). If you have any doubt, question, or unique requirement, please feel free to discuss openly with us regarding the printing charges, exact page counts, paper selections, binding choices, and turnaround delivery times before we begin. We believe in 100% mutual trust, transparent estimates, and zero surprise charges!
10 FAQs About Our Official Printing Rates
Q: What is the rate for Photocopy (Xerox) at Kashvi Collection?
Standard black & white photocopy is ₹3 per page for single-sided copies and ₹5 per sheet for both sides (duplex / back-to-back). We strictly do not offer rates below ₹3 for single-sided or below ₹5 for both sides under any circumstances. In case a document contains large photos or heavy black image blocks, the price may adjust slightly based on toner consumption.
Q: What are the rates for digital Printouts (Grey / Black & White)?
Digital computer printouts from PDF, Word, or images follow our transparent volume tiers: 1 to 5 pages are ₹10/page; 6 to 20 pages are ₹8/page; 21 to 50 pages are ₹5/page; and bulk volumes above 50 pages are ₹3/page (our strict minimum bulk floor rate).
Q: What is the rate for Color Document Printouts?
Standard full-color laser document printing is ₹20 per page on 75/80 GSM high-brightness paper. For bulk color volume requirements (such as 30+ or 100+ pages of project files, presentations, or brochures), customized bulk discounted rates are available upon messaging us on WhatsApp.
Q: What is the price for Glossy Photo Prints?
High-definition photo prints on premium 230+ GSM ultra-glossy photo paper start from ₹50. These are lab-quality, fade-resistant prints made with photographic dyes and pigment inks, perfect for framing, photo albums, and memorable portraits.

Direct PDF printing from your mobile phone, pen drive, or WhatsApp document starts from ₹10 per page (with bulk discount tiers down to ₹3/page). Q: Can I get printouts below ₹3 per page for huge bulk orders?
No. ₹3 per page is our strict, non-negotiable minimum bulk floor for single-sided black & white printing, and ₹5 per sheet for double-sided photocopy. We use genuine 75 GSM high-brightness paper and rich optical laser toner, and we never compromise on legibility or quality.
Q: Why might the price vary based on document types, photos, and colors?
Our standard rates are calculated for standard white background text documents. Small photos or company logos are readily accommodated. However, if your document has large photos, multiple photos per page, full dark background fills, or heavy graphics, toner usage increases substantially and the price may adjust accordingly.
Q: Can I discuss printing charges and turnaround delivery times beforehand?
Yes, absolutely! We always try to provide the best and most affordable prices on all printing services. If you have any doubt, question, or custom requirement, please feel free to discuss openly with our store counter team regarding the printing charges, exact page count, paper choices, and delivery time before we start printing.
